    The price of this listing is for 30 minutes of work and/or a deposit for more complex work.

    After you select the Help Type and click Add to Cart, the Discovery form will appear. Please provide details for the file you would like created or the issue(s) you have with an existing file. Additonally, screenshots can be submitted for review using the Upload button.

    🛑 NOTE: Do not send a Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint or Word file as we will not open it for security reasons.

    We will review each order in the order received, providing feedback within 2-3 business days. If we are able to provide a solution(s), we will forward the initial file within 4-5 business days. There are two round of revisions included with this service.

    If your request is complex and requires development, we will contact you for a detailed discovery session. If a one-on-on Zoom session is required to review your instructions or file, we will reach out to schedule a Zoom session.

  • Booking Your Session on Calendly

    Microsoft Office software help services can be booked with minimum of two days in advance and up to two additional participants can attend the Zoom session.

    Once your purchase is received, a Zoom link will be sent within 24 business hours to the email address provided.

  • If you would like to request a file review prior to placing an order, if you are interested in learning more about the creation of a custom design, or one-on-one graphic design, Microsoft Office assistance, or website service, convo us to start the conversation.

    Our current in-office hours are Tuesday to Thursday, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm ET. Production days are Monday to Thursday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm ET.

    For those with time contraints, please text us at (929) 333-5694 to inquire about availability for expedited services. Text messages received after business hours during the week will be responded to within 24 hours or less, and 48 hours or less on weekends.
