Shipping Methods

Stencils, die-cuts and label products are typically shipped using USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express. 

Large format and banner orders will be shipped by UPS or FedEx without signature confirmation. The shipping fee for each banners will be included with each individual banner purchase.

We provide a tracking number once your package has been sent.

PRINTED COLORS
Be advised, colors on monitors may not match exactly to the printed materials that are receive. We cannot be responsible for any color discrepancies for this reason.

Returns & Exchanges

The satisfaction of every client is very important to us and we strive to make every order right. 

PROOFING PROOFS FOR PERSONAL PRODUCTS
With personalized products, it is the client’s responsibility to check, review and proof any wording, sizing, numbers and all parts of a designs. Once a design is approved and produced, a refund will not be given or a replace item will not be provided for errors found post-production. However if the error is made during our production process, the client will be given replacement item(s).

DIGITAL FILES
Refunds for printable digital files and instant download orders will not be given once the digital file has been provided to the Buyer. Refunds for digital file orders will not be given once work on the first proof has commenced.

LARGE FORMAT PRINTED PIECES
For custom printing orders, a refund will be given provided the file(s) have not entered into the printing queue. If a digital proof has been created, a refund will be given minus the digital file fee.

As large format products are made to order, there are no exchanges or refunds.
 

DAMAGED ITEMS

All items damaged in transit MUST be reported to us by email within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all original packaging, as it may be needed as part of the damage claim.

When applicable, shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping on all returns and exchanges
