Personalization of the Design

This banner design will be personalized with a name(s), basic colors and any other design elements that require personalization.

If you require the removal of the background of a photo(s), select one of the photo options if it is a standard option, otherwise please contact us prior to placing an order.

Standard Turnaround

The standard turnaround time for personalized banners ranges from 5-7 business days -- from design proof to approval, then printing to shipment.

Printed Banner Specs

Our banners are printed on 14 oz matte vinyl, and are the most economical and reliable method for event decor and advertising. It can be used indoor and outdoors, both for temporary and long term displays.

Other material types include polyester tapestry fabric, vinyl mesh for outdoor events and poly-satin materials lightweight travel, please convo us for more info.

Banner Finishing

The printed banner finishing will be determined by how it is going to be displayed. See the second to last image of the listing for a visual of the finishing option.

If you will be using a telescopic banner stand, PVC pipe or a pole, you would select either Top-Bot Pockets or Top Only Pocket.

If you will be using 3M Command hooks, you would select either Corner Grommets or Grommet every 2' feet.

Finally, if you will be using 3M Command velcro strips or tape to adhere the banner to a wall, you would select flat sewn hem.

Design Proof Turnaround

Upon a purchase, processing timing starts the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.

The design proof will be emailed for review and approval within 2-3 business days. There are three free rounds of revisions available for this product.

Please Note: Please respond to your design proof email asap as not to delay processing time.

Banner Printing

Once a design proof is approved, the banner will be printed and shipped by the date listed on the order invoice.

Banner Shipping

Our printed banners are shipped using either FedEx or UPS ground shipping without confirmation, and will arrive within 1-3 business days once shipped.

Our current in-office hours are Tuesday to Thursday, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm ET. Production days are Monday to Thursday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm ET.
