BREEFUL MÉLANGE’S REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise noted, all products on the designwithbree.com and breefulmelange.etsy.com sites are made-to-order. All made-to-order print and digital products purchases are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

Custom and personalized printed products, custom services and digital products, and instant download cannot be returned or refunded.

All custom and personalized products must be approved for production by The Buyer before a product is sent to production or finalized for forwarding. Breeful Mélange will not be held liable for any delays or expedited shipping costs if a Buyer does not respond to the proof email / text with an approval for production.

Breeful Mélange is not liable for any typographical, spelling, grammar errors, etc. Please ensure all wording is proofed and corrected if necessary. Upon approval the proof will be submitted to the applicable production partner’s printer.

However, if there are issues with your order that are the fault of Breeful Mélange, a production partner, or the logistic company, the matter must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If an issue is not reported within this allotted timeframe, Breeful Mélange will not be liable and free reprint can be issued.

Color Differences Screen Vs Print: Color is a perception that is different for everyone, Breeful Mélange cannot guarantee an exact color match. Additionally, because of differences in the ink batch, print media, and color profile settings of the printers, your printed product may not be the exact color match of the onscreen proof.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

An order for a made-to-order product can be cancelled in full within the 12 hours after the order is placed. If the first proof has been forward to The Buyer, a refund minus the work completed by Breeful Mélange will be given.

If a print order needs to be cancelled, please send an email to shop@breefulmelange.com at the earliest possible time. Breeful Mélange will contact the production partner to determine if a full or partial refund can be received.

If the product has already been processed and printed a full or partial refund cannot be guaranteed. If a partial refund can be given, our print production partner will designate a 25%-75% ink and substrate fee which will be subtracted from the print fee or order total if applicable.
